Renée specialises in working with growing SMEs and start-up companies. Having spent the last 15 years supporting and coaching a wide range of businesses from SMEs to FMCG companies she has a broad range of skills and is a trained mediator. Renée is an employment law specialist and works with clients to create bespoke contracts of employment and policies to suit the businesses individual needs as well as managing our retained clients. Renée provides all learning and development training including our new inclusion and diversity module and introduction to managing people.

HR Consultant
Sally specialises in the Education sector and has over 20 years of HR experience at a Senior Level gained across the Private and Public Sectors. Sally is our lead in providing training and advice across our education clients. Sally offers a wealth of experience and is a recognised Trainer for the Safer Recruitment Consortium and is a Level 3 Safeguarding Trainer. In addition, we also offer Single Central Record Audits to ensure you are Ofsted compliant.
